A quick guide
The answer is only useful when you know what it includes and what it leaves out.
Dimensional weight (kg) = length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ divisor
Chargeable weight is the greater of dimensional and actual weight under this common comparison rule.
Make it concrete
A 30 × 20 × 15 cm package with divisor 5,000 has dimensional weight 1.8 kg; with 2 kg actual weight, chargeable weight is 2 kg.
