Prioritization board
Use the same 30-day reach period and person-day effort basis for every candidate. Impact and strategic fit range from 1–5. Confidence is an estimate, not a measured probability. Scores help compare assumptions; they do not decide the roadmap.
Custom RICE-style score = reach × impact × confidence/100 ÷ effort × (fit/3)^weight. This is a custom comparison formula, not an industry benchmark. Zero confidence gives zero score. Equal scores are sorted by title; the order is not a tie-breaking recommendation.

Decision log
Record why a candidate is selected, deferred, rejected or needs investigation. Records retain the candidate title at the time of the decision, even if the candidate is later renamed or removed.
